Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training is so much more than mandatory training with an annual refresher.

It’s an investment and should be viewed as a journey of curiosity, reflection and bringing about tangible change. Our world is constantly changing and so your journey is never finished.

Our success lies in our pastoral approach that creates a safe and judgement free environment where participants can ask uncomfortable questions and challenge themselves and others.

Are you marking an awareness day? Perhaps you’re celebrating an awareness week such as wellbeing week … Maybe you just want to know more about a specific topic.

We have workshops and bitesize sessions or learning lunches available in:

  • Dynamic diversity
  • Powerful allyship and coalition
  • Unconscious bias
  • Culture and cultural appropriation
  • Understanding race and tackling racism
  • Understanding gender and tackling transphobia
  • Why pronouns are so important
